Our Story

 Welcome to Furever Gifts 🐾

Furever Gifts is a small family-run business based in Rossendale, Lancashire, specialising in thoughtful gifts for dog, cat and horse lovers.

The idea behind Furever Gifts was simple. We've always been a family of animal lovers, and we wanted to create a place where people could find gifts that celebrate just how much our animals mean to us.

With my background in IT and customer service, I also wanted to build the business differently. Furever Gifts was created as an online business, helping us keep our overheads low while concentrating on what really matters — great products, good value and friendly, personal customer service.

I ran Furever Gifts part-time as a sole trader for many years before we took the next big step and became Furever Gifts Ltd in October 2022.

Since then, the business has continued to grow, with an increasing focus on personalised and handmade products created by us here in Lancashire.

 Meet Elmo & Nellie 🐾

Our two miniature dachshunds, Elmo and Nellie, are much-loved members of our family and have been the unofficial mascots of Furever Gifts from the beginning.

Like most pet owners, we know they're never just pets. They're part of the family, involved in everyday life and responsible for an awful lot of happy memories.

That understanding is at the heart of Furever Gifts and many of the products we choose and create.

Always Part of Our Story 🐾

Cara, our much-loved Labrador, was part of our family for almost 16 years. When we sadly said goodbye to her in July 2020, we created one of our very first personalised memorial pieces for ourselves.

We also shared our lives with Amber, our horse, who came to us when she was just four years old. We were incredibly lucky to have her until the wonderful age of 28, when we sadly had to say goodbye earlier this year.

Losing them both reinforced something we’ve always understood as animal lovers — our pets are family, and the memories they leave with us are incredibly special.

It’s one of the reasons our personalised and memorial gifts mean so much to us. We understand the story behind them, because we’ve lived it too.

 Handmade in Lancashire 🐾

Today, Furever Gifts is a small family-run business creating personalised and handmade gifts from our workshop in Rossendale, Lancashire.

From laser-engraved wooden keepsakes and personalised slate gifts to presents for dog, cat and horse lovers, many of our products are made by us from start to finish.

Every personalised order is treated as if we were making it for one of our own animals or family members — because we know that sometimes the smallest gifts carry the biggest meaning. As a family, we all contribute to Furever Gifts in different ways, and we're incredibly grateful to every customer who chooses to support our small business.
