This website is operated by Furever Gifts. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Furever Gifts.
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to sell our products to you.
These Terms of Service apply when you access our website or purchase products from us. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Our Products
We make every reasonable effort to describe and display our products accurately.
Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
Many of our handmade products use natural materials including wood and slate. Natural variations in colour, grain, texture, shape and finish may therefore occur and form part of the individual character of the product.
Product dimensions are approximate unless otherwise stated.
All products are subject to availability. We may discontinue or change products at any time.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described.
3. Personalised and Handmade Products
Many Furever Gifts products are handmade or personalised specifically for the customer.
When ordering a personalised product, you are responsible for checking that all information you provide, including names, wording, dates, photographs and other personalisation details, is correct before submitting your order.
We will normally produce your product using the information supplied with your order.
If you realise that you have made an error, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@furevergifts.co.uk. We will try to help, but once production has started it may not be possible to change or cancel the order.
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised are generally excluded from the statutory 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a personalised product is faulty, damaged, not as described or we have made an error.
4. Photographs, Images and Other Customer-Supplied Content
Where you provide a photograph, image, wording or other content for us to reproduce or engrave onto a product, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to provide that material and for us to use it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You are responsible for the quality and suitability of photographs and images you provide.
We may contact you if we believe an image is unsuitable for producing the requested product.
We reserve the right to refuse material that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringes another person's rights or is otherwise inappropriate for us to reproduce.
5. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the products in your order.
Please check your order and personalisation details carefully before submitting it.
You will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, or we cannot reasonably fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the appropriate amount.
6. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).
The price payable is the price displayed at checkout when you place your order, together with any applicable delivery charges.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
We take reasonable care to ensure that prices displayed on our website are accurate. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Processing times vary between products, particularly because many of our products are handmade and personalised.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and postal or courier services may occasionally experience delays outside our reasonable control.
However, goods remain at our risk until they are delivered into your physical possession or that of a person identified by you to receive them, subject to applicable consumer law.

8. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Your rights to cancel an order, return products and receive a refund are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
For eligible non-personalised goods purchased online, consumers generally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Clearly personalised or made-to-specification products are generally excluded from this change-of-mind cancellation right.
This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
9. Faulty or Damaged Goods
We have a legal duty to supply goods that conform to the contract.
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose where applicable and as described.

Photographs of the product and packaging may help us investigate damage or other problems more quickly.
